“Controversy tip for burning fat…….. It is commonly known that it is best to eat or drink protein and carbohydrates straight after you exercise to replenish ones glycogen stores in the muscle. But if you are really wanting to focus on best ‘bang for the buck’ fat burn, then you should maybe wait about an hour when your body is at its prime for fat burning after exercise!! As soon as you take in your food or drink your insulin levels will then shoot up and your body will discontinue to burn fat !!!
