How do I take a free class ?
If you would like to take one of our group classes, we would be happy to offer you a complimentary class. Please contact us by phone, text (530)314-9278 or email , we will notify the trainer and make sure you have access to our facility.
Do I need to create an account ?
Yes please, we ask that everyone who goes to the gym or takes a class creates an account. Please create an account if you are here for your first free class. We need you to sign the liability form to attend a class. Your account holds your waiver documents, and contact information, it allows you to buy memberships, book and cancel your classes and buy swag like Hoodies and T-shirts. It also adds your email to our newsletter.
Do you charge an enrollment fee for gym membership?
Yes, we charge a one time only enrollment fee of $25, which includes your keyfob. Please see the front desk if you need to adjust a transaction.
do you offer personal training ?
Yes we offer Personal Training and Small Group Training. Please fill out the intake form on the Train page to get started or give us a call during office hours.
How do I take a class at Club 100 ?
Club 100 welcomes all guests and members to take a group class. Choose from a visitor – 1 Class Walk-in Pass, or an Unlimited Class Pass which now comes with gym access. If you prefer a punch card style we offer a 10 Class Pack.

Do you have parking ?
Yes, we have parking directly outside the entrance to suite #106 and 107. There is also additional parking as far as you can see on the perimeter of our main lot too.
How do I cancel my account?
Please call, text (530) 314-9278 or email to cancel your membership. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your billing renewal date.
We kindly ask that when you come in for your last visit that you leave behind your keyfob at the front desk. We can scan it know it belongs to. If you ever return as a member you do not have to pay for another key. Thank you.
where do i get the app ?
You can download our Tahoe Club 100 – Mind Body app from Google Play for Android and for IOS at the iTunes Store.
Once you install the Club 100 app you can use it to book + cancel your classes, manage your account and purchase merchandise.
What is so special about a Club 100 Private Gym Membership ?
Club 100 is the first and only private training center in Lake Tahoe. As a member you’ll receive complete 24/7 access to the Training Center, 20% discount on all classes, reduced rates on Personal Training services and generous Club 100 Amenities.
Do you have bottled water ?
No, but we do provide both purified and and ionized water. The stainless berkey water dispensers hold the purified water, and the ionized water is in the pantry, attached to the faucet. Drink up – water is life.
Do you offer CrossFit ?
CrossFit is offered under our umbrella of offerings with Sony in the HPL. Iron Battalion CrossFit is not included in the Club 100 membership. You need a separate membership though Sony. Learn more about ➔ Iron Battalion CrossFit.
How far in advance can I book a class ?
Can I bring my kid(s)?
Children under 15 years of age may use the facility only during an announced Club 100 sponsored children’s activity. Otherwise, children are not allowed in the Training Center.
How does it work when I get to the training center?
Once you arrive at Club 100, scan your Club 100 keyfob to check-in even if the door is open – please scan. Locate your trainer who will help you with your bike and/or training equipment. Trainers’ recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class begins to set up.
What if I am the last person in the gym ?
Please turn out the lights but leave the lights above the bistro table on and dimmed. There are dimmers on some of our light switch plates, ceiling fans in main gym have a lever to control the speed.
Where are the lights located ?
There are 3 light panels in the main gym, #107; 1. On left under the punching bag near entry way. 2. Above bistro table in rear 3. Kitchen. Plus both bathrooms have their own light switch.
Spin Room; Top of the stairs to the left has the main light switch. The panel above the trainers spin bike controls the fans, and more ambient blue and white lights.
Lights and a dimmer for the overhead lights.
HPL; the front and back doors have light switches with dimmers.
How do I use the lockers ?
We have day use lockers. Open up any locker and if it is empty it is yours to use for the duration of your workout for the day. If you like, put in a code for extra security.
Turn the lever parallel.
When you are ready to take your belongings, re-nter your code and turn the lever horizontally.
What happens if I lose my key ?
Please stop in at the front desk, we can reissue you a new key. There is a $20. charge applied to your account. If it is more convenient for you, please email, text, or give us a call at (775) 339-1974, we can have your key ready at the front desk for pick-up.
Do I need to scan my keyfob when I come to the gym ?
Yes, please scan your keyfob on the sensor reader – it is located on the bottom of the window nearest to the right front door. If you use the buddy system to enter, there is an iPad at the front desk that is available for you to check-in. Please check-in each time you come to the gym, either through the keyfob scan at window or the iPad check-in at front desk. Thank you.

Do you offer Unlimited Classes ?
Yes, we offer unlimited classes under the Combo: Class + Gym Membership.
How do I access the HPL ?
Currently the doors in the HPL #106, are open the same hours as our posted office hours. If you would like to access the HPL outside of those hours, please inquire within.
