Mindful Movement with Julee

I am passionate about fitness. I enjoy bringing people together on their mats in an environment where together we grow stronger, physically and mentally. Personally, some of my closest friends have been made through fitness classes.

Studies show that a fitness class provides an array of benefits, Including but not limited to, accountability (sign up in advance) motivation of like minded peers (showing up), group fitness also offers variety, from Spin, Strength, Pilates, Yoga, and Baby Bootcamp. Group fitness offers a structured environment to keep you safe from injury. My sessions create a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals of all levels feel confident and inspired.

When I am not practicing yoga, I love my strength training workouts with Eufay, twice a week.

I believe in the power of community, and bringing people together to encourage and motivate each other. In my sessions you will be guided through mindful movement that will deepen your connection to your body and your breath. Our practice together will offer you the opportunity to nurture, strengthen and support your mind and body.
