Hard Work Worth Celebrating: Trainer Nikki Takes the Stage at the 2026 NPC Tahoe Show

There’s something special about watching months of work come together on competition day.

This August, Tahoe Club 100 trainer Nikki Wurnitsch stepped onstage at the 2026 NPC Tahoe Show in Stateline, earning 1st place in Women’s Figure Masters 35+ and 3rd place in the Open Figure Class B.

For Nikki, the competition was about much more than a few minutes onstage. Preparing for a physique competition takes consistency, structure and commitment — showing up for training, staying focused on nutrition and continuing to work toward the goal day after day.

Those are lessons Nikki also brings to her work at Tahoe Club 100.

Training With Purpose

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Mobility and Abcore instructor, Nikki works with people at different stages of their fitness journeys. Her approach is rooted in helping people understand that training is only one part of the equation.

In a 2024 Club 100 article, ‘Goals at the Gym,’ Nikki wrote about the importance of matching nutrition and training to a person’s specific goal — whether that goal is building muscle, losing weight, improving mobility or simply becoming more consistent with exercise. Her own competition preparation is another example of that same commitment to having a goal and putting in the work required to reach it.

A Little Help From Your Corner

Coach Eufay Wood was right there with Nikki throughout the process, helping guide her preparation and supporting her along the way. And on show day, the Club 100 community showed up, too. Club 100 members Will and Tina were there in the audience supporting Nikki as she took the stage. Having people in your corner matters — especially when you’ve spent months working toward something.

That sense of community is a big part of what we value at Tahoe Club 100. We’re a training center for people with different goals, different experience levels and different reasons for showing up. Some are training for a competition. Others are working on strength, mobility, performance or simply building a healthier routine.

The goal may look different, but the process is often the same: Decide. Commit. Succeed.

Congratulations, Nikki

We’re proud of the work Nikki put in — and it’s pretty great to see that hard work come home with some hardware. Those medals represent months of discipline, consistency and commitment. Well earned, Nikki.
