Active Ageing with Rosie

Active Ageing with Rosie Trainer at Club 100

By Rosie Cowen

Active ageing is the fountain of youth. It’s a holistic approach to living that involves being active, healthy, and engaged in society as you age. No matter how many years you’ve been on this earth – you gotta keep moving.

Health is wealth and that very sentiment was on my mind when I attended this years IDEA World 2024 in July to fulfill my beloved continuing education credits, and reignite my passion and enthusiasm for fitness training. The first lady of fitness, Elaine LaLanne held a jumping jacks challenge that ended up being my personal highlight moment from the trip. Check out a few video clips. ➔ Watch 1 / 2 / 4

I hope to see some new faces in the upcoming month. You are invited to come celebrate body movement, strength and endurance. Remember, if you’re new please see the front desk to sign up for your first free class.

“Last one, best one.” ~Rosie
