New Saturday Classes: Slow Flow Yoga & Abcore at Club 100

We’re pleased to introduce a new Saturday morning time slot to our weekly schedule. We will rotate between Slow Flow Yoga and Abcore every other weekend, with occasional Saturdays offering both. We invite you to join us and experience the difference.

Slow Flow Yoga with Julee | 10:00 AM

Ease into your weekend with a mindful and grounding Slow Flow practice. This class moves at a gentle pace, encouraging deep breathing, intentional movement, and time to fully experience each posture. You’ll flow through a series of accessible sequences designed to open the body, quiet the mind, and cultivate inner calm.

Abcore with Nikki | 9:00 AM

The name is drawn from heavy American music known as hardcore. Abcore is an extreme fusion workout combining hard-core exercises with heavy ab training. This class is more core-focused, featuring foundational movements such as crunches, sit-ups, hollow holds, and leg raises—all set to the smooth sounds of alternative rock music.

Bookings & Arrival

  • Reserve your spot online up to 5 minutes before class start time.
  • For safety and respect for all participants, entry is not permitted more than 10 minutes after class begins.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get settled.
  • Download our app for fast, convenient booking at any time.

Preparing for Class

  • Please bring a mat, towel, and water.
  • Mats and towels are available at no charge.
  • Reusable water bottles are available for purchase.
  • Filtered water refill stations are available for your convenience.
