Active ageing is the fountain of youth. It’s a holistic approach to living that involves staying active, healthy, and engaged in society as you age. No matter how many years you’ve been on this earth — you gotta keep moving.

Health is wealth, and that very sentiment was on my mind when I attended IDEA World 2024 in July to fulfill my beloved continuing education credits and reignite my passion and enthusiasm for fitness training.

The first lady of fitness, Elaine LaLanne, held a jumping-jacks challenge that ended up being my personal highlight of the trip. Check out a few video clips:
