Meet Julee Delacour – Julee has lived in Lake Tahoe for 32 years and is passionate about health and fitness. She began taking yoga as a way to deal with stress and anxiety. After a few years Julee decided to deepen her practice and enroll in Yoga Teacher Training at Still Water Yoga and received her RYT 200 (registered yoga teacher) in June 2021.
You’re invited to join Julee in a stress reducing, relaxing, gentle, yet challenging Vinyasa Yoga class Friday at 7 am. The Yinyasa Yoga class is appropriate for all levels. Please book and cancel through the Mind Body – Club 100 app, and arrive 15 minutes before class begins.
